立柱移動端面銑床的特點

1、托板采用絲桿傳動.  潤滑使用自動電動齒輪泵，可對供油循環(huán)中的供油時間和停機時間分別進行控制，實現(xiàn)周期間歇供油。

2銑頭采用復軌式鏜銑頭， 

3托板絲桿采用自動供油潤滑，銑頭采用浸油潤滑，立柱導軌絲桿采用手動或自動供油潤滑.  整機具有良好的減磨潤滑性能.

4立柱導軌采用超音頻淬火處理，主要鑄件均采用了粗加工前時效處理(兩次時效)，可消除鑄件內應力，保證精度的穩(wěn)定性.機床鑄件均采用HT250材質。導軌淬火后的表面硬度為：洛氏硬度48-52度。提高了導軌的耐磨性，延長了機床的使用壽命。

5:機床結構特點為：仿落地式鏜床銑床樣式進行改進的。導軌采用雙平軌。經過導軌磨床處理后，一是能保證直線度精密，二是能保證導軌的光潔度。
