5、鐵路軌枕模具使用方法：

首先在軌枕模具內(nèi)壁噴一層機(jī)油或是脫模劑，方便脫模，在模具中間放入鋼筋架，然后將攪拌好的混凝土灌入模具內(nèi)，盡量填滿每個(gè)縫隙邊角，其次在振動(dòng)平臺上振動(dòng)或用振動(dòng)棒振搗，幾秒鐘即可，最后將模具放在干燥的地方，等混凝土初期凝固后出模成型，約24小時(shí)左右即可。
