說(shuō)明：
THD系列料斗干燥機(jī)是干燥塑膠原料最有效的且經(jīng)濟(jì)的機(jī)型，可以干燥因包裝、運(yùn)送或回收而潮濕的原料，直結(jié)式的設(shè)計(jì)特別適合于直接安裝在塑膠成型機(jī)上進(jìn)行干燥。既快速又節(jié)省空間。這種上吹式（THD-800/1000為下吹式并附清理斗）的熱風(fēng)干燥能提供裝料量為12-1000公斤，共分為十三種機(jī)型。所有機(jī)型皆可選配24小時(shí)定時(shí)器。
THD series hopper dryers offer an effective and low-cost method for plastic material drying，Hot air is used to dry wet material drying，Hot air is used to dry wet matarials due to moisture absorption during packaging，transportation，and recycling，They can be directiy mounted on the moulding machine for quick drying and space saving，F(xiàn)or this series，hot air blows evently form botton to the top（both THD-800 and THD-1000 have down-blowing air pipe and accessible door for esay material clearance）of the hopper with capacity ranging from 12kg to 1000kg，all models can be supplied with optional 24 hours auto start/stop timer。


本機(jī)特點(diǎn)：
1.采用均勻分散的高性能熱風(fēng)擴(kuò)散裝置，保持塑料干燥溫度均勻，提高干燥效率；
2.特有熱風(fēng)管彎型設(shè)計(jì)，可避免粉屑堆積于電熱管底引起燃燒；
3.料桶內(nèi)及內(nèi)部零件一律采用不銹鋼制作，確保原料不被污染；
4.料桶與料門(mén)分離，清料方便，換料迅速；
5.采用比例式偏差指示溫控器，可精確控制溫度；
6.有過(guò)載保護(hù)裝置，可減少人為或機(jī)械故障所產(chǎn)生之意外；
7.全系列配備超溫警示燈及風(fēng)機(jī)接觸器與過(guò)載保護(hù)；
8.全系列配備外露式電源開(kāi)關(guān)；
9.THD-300以下機(jī)型配備鋁制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)底座，THD-400及以上機(jī)型配備鋁制磁力底座；
10.各種機(jī)型皆可選配預(yù)約定時(shí)裝置及保溫料桶；
11.有排風(fēng)旋風(fēng)器、排風(fēng)空氣濾清器、熱風(fēng)回收器、鋁制磁力底座、風(fēng)車入口過(guò)濾器、料斗磁鐵、歐化吸料盒、“L”“A”型腳架可供選配；
12.改為歐規(guī)安全回路型時(shí)，機(jī)型后加注“CE”。
